Flexibag

A Flexibag is a bulk liquid packaging solution installed inside a 20ft shipping container for the safe transportation of non-hazardous liquids. It has a capacity ranging from 16,000 to 24,000 liters and is constructed with 3–4 inner layers of polyethylene (PE) and one outer layer of polypropylene (PP) for enhanced strength and protection. A Flexibag can be installed in 20–30 minutes and is suitable for road, rail, and sea transportation. Designed for single-use, it ensures superior hygiene and minimizes the risk of cross-contamination. To accommodate different loading and unloading systems, our Flexibags are available in four valve configurations: Top Loading/Center Discharge (TC), Top Loading/Bottom Discharge (TB), Bottom Loading/Bottom Discharge (BB), and Bottom Loading/Bottom Discharge with Automatic Air Vent (BB-AAV).
